This is a rare doll from 1986 with a “more movable” body. The body is truly magnificent, except of arms, which are made very strangely - they are almost impossible to bend, they only turn up and down. And they also have something dark inside them - this is normal for this body and this is not some dirt or rust.
This character is actually Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.
